Responsible for large groups of holiday-makers, holiday reps are responsible to take their clients on package holidays at resorts. It is a job with a wide remit, including everything from running welcome meetings to dealing with complaints and handling any problems that may arise.
This can be demanding work, on call twenty four hours per day for whatever your group of holiday makers might need, but the reward is that you get to enjoy the pleasures of the resort area on your time off. Holiday reps are typically also responsible for selling additional services such as car hire and excursions.
