Groin & pelvis injuries

If you've suffered an injury to the groin or pelvis, it's quite likely that you do one of the following sports:

  • Skating
  • Ice hockey
  • Swimming
  • Soccer
  • Rugby

Because the hip has such a wide range of motion, groin and pelvis injuries are common in these sports.

Injuries to this area can be quite hard to rehabilitate, so if you do suffer an injury it is essential that you consult a doctor or sports physio to get a proper assessment and an appropriate rehab program.
