Most of the centres have dedicated ladies-only areas. While some cater for under and over 12s, others are more adult-only venues.

Membership information

There are one-off registration fees from between £75-£285. They offer good value monthly membership fees varying from £39-£66 depending on the facility.

The 'Connections card' allows access to all venues, allowing members to exercise near home or work, whichever is most convenient.
