- Two dumbbells
- A weight-lifting belt

Grasp two moderately weighted dumbbells, with your palms facing forward and your arms fully extended
Without moving your upper arms, slowly curl the weights up towards your shoulders
Pause briefly, exhale, then slowly lower the weights for a count of two
Your arms should be fully extended before you begin the next repetition. Begin the next curl. Repeat |
