Bench dips - a fantastic exercise to strengthen and tone your triceps.
The triceps are also involved in all other presses. |
What you need for bench dips :
- A bench or step
- About 5 mins for all 3 sets

how to do it |
Sit on the edge of a bench / step with your palms flat against the edge it's edge (hands should be beside your bottom)
Place your feet approximately 2 feet away from the bench and begin to move your bottom of the end
From this start position, bend your elbows slowly and take your body weight with your hands and arms
Slowly lower your bottom towards the floor. From this position push yourself back to the start. Repeat |
