French press


French press - the tricep muscles make up two thirds of your arm girth.

Neglecting this muscle will result in arms that look underdeveloped.
 
What you need for French press :
  • A barbell
  • A flat bench

how to do it
  • Lie on a flat or slightly declining bench. Grasp a light barbell at approximately shoulder width
     
  • Extend and straighten your arms in line with your chest. Keep your elbows tight into your body
     
  • Holding your upper arms still, slowly lower the bar until it rests just above your forehead. Pause briefly
     
  • Keeping your elbows tight to your sides, contract your triceps to raise the bar to the start position. Repeat
