What you need for Lunge exercises:
- Two dumbbells
- Non-slip flooring

how to do it |
Grasp two dumbbells and stand naturally. Take one large step forward, still maintaining a natural gap between your feet
Bend your front knee so that you take your weight on the front foot
Your back knee should finish approximately 6 inches from the ground. Push onto your foot foot to stand up
Step back and repeat on the same leg OR alternatively exercise each leg simultaneously |
