What you need for bench press with dumbells :
- Two dumbbells
- A flat bench

how to do it |
Position yourself on a bench with your feet on the floor and your back flat against the pad
Have someone pass you two moderately weighted dumbbells. Hold them at arms length above your chest
Slowly bend your elbows so that you lower the weights under complete control to chest level
From this position forcefully press the weights back to the starting position. Pause briefly and repeat |
