What you need for dumbbell flyes :

how to do it |
Grasp two lightly weighted dumbbells. Lie on a bench with your back flat and your feet on the floor
Extend your arms and turn your palms to face each other. This is the start and end position
With relaxed elbows slowly lower the dumbbells to form a 'W' shape with the dumbbells in line with your body
From this position, squeeze your pectorals (chest) together to raise the dumbbells and to straighten your arms. Repeat |
