Press ups - Beginners - perform press ups with your knees on the floor.
The same muscles will be stressed but it will be easier on the arms |
What you need for press-ups :
- A non-slip mat
- OR soft flooring

how to do it |
Adopt a position on the floor with your hands at shoulder level and slightly wider than your body
Bend your elbows and go down so that your chest ALMOST comes into contact with the ground
Pause briefly, then attempt to straighten your arms and finish back at the start position
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Once you can perform 30 + nonstop, try out the jump press up |
