Press ups


Press ups - Beginners - perform press ups with your knees on the floor.

The same muscles will be stressed but it will be easier on the arms
 
What you need for press-ups :
  • A non-slip mat
  • OR soft flooring

how to do it
  • Adopt a position on the floor with your hands at shoulder level and slightly wider than your body
     
  • Bend your elbows and go down so that your chest ALMOST comes into contact with the ground
     
  • Pause briefly, then attempt to straighten your arms and finish back at the start position
     
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Once you can perform 30 + nonstop, try out the jump press up
