Jump press - press-ups - this advanced exercise is used to develop power in the chest.
Only attempt if you can complete 30 + normal press ups |
What you need for jump press press-ups :

how to do it |
Adopt a position which mirrors that of a normal press up - hands at shoulder level - slightly wider than shoulder width
Bend your elbows and begin to perform a normal press up. On the ascend of the movement press as forcefully as possible
As your arms extend and straighten, throw your hands up off the floor and clap them together in front of your chest
After clapping, cushion your 'fall' with your hands before going back down into the start position. Repeat |
