Position yourself over the edge of a bench so that your hips and legs are the only body parts in contact with it
Ask a partner / training buddy to sit on your legs and hold down your thighs
Slowly bend forward at the waist until your forehead ALMOST touches the floor. Pause briefly
Contract your lower back and raise your upper body back to the parallel start position. Repeat |
