What you need for Back extensions :
- An exercise mat
- About 5 minutes

how to do it |
Lie flat on your front with your feet on the floor. Your toes will not leave the floor at any time
Place your hands either on your bum, by your sides or at the side of your head
Contract your lower back to lift your chest off the floor. Hold this position for a count of two
Lower slowly (for a count of two) and repeat for the desired number of repetitions |
