Barbell row - The barbell row strengthens the upper back muscles.

What you need for the barbell row:
- A barbell
- A weight-lifting belt for heavier weights

how to do it |
Grasp a moderately weighted barbell (shoulder width) with your palms facing towards your thighs
Soften the knees and bend forward at the hips. Aim to maintain a strong straight back throughout the movement
Pull the weight with your arm and back muscles. Allow the bar to lightly touch your stomach before you reverse the movement
Do not pause at the start or end position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions |
