Dumbbell row - a great way to strengthen, tone and shape the upper back.

What you need for Dumbbell row :

how to do it |
Position yourself at the side of a bench. Place your left knee and left hand on it for support
Grasp a dumbbell in your right hand and extend your arm. DO NOT round your back. Keep it tight and flat
Tighten your back and begin to pull your elbow back to raise the weight. Allow it to touch your stomach
Pause briefly before you slowly lower the weight back to the start position. Repeat |
