What you need for Dumbbell shrugs :
- Two dumbbells
- A weight-lifting belt

how to do it |
Grasp two moderately weighted bumbbells. Stand tall and allow your arms to hang loosely by your sides
Tighten your shoulders and neck and begin to raise your shoulders towards your ears
Pause and squeeze the base of your tightly and hold for a count of two
Slowly lower. Pause briefly and repeat for the desired number of repetitions |
