What you need for shoulder press with barbell:
- A barbell
- A weight-lifting belt for heavier weights

how to do it |
Grasp a moderately weighted barbell. Stand tall and raise the bar to shoulder level. Your palms should face away from you
Press the bar towards the ceiling until your arms are straight. Pause briefly
Slowly lower the weight back down to ear level before you attempt to repeat the previous movement
Also perform in a gym on a shoulder press machine as well as using free weights |
