What you need for Front raises :

how to do it |
Grasp two dumbbells with your palms facing behind you. Stand tall with the weights by your sides
Tighten your shoulders and begin to raise the weights towards shoulder level
Exhale. Pause briefly before returning the weights slowly back to the start position. Repeat
Note: You can exercise both arms at the same time OR exercise them simultaneously as demonstrated above |
