What you need for Dumbbell shoulder press :

Grasp two moderately weighted dumbbells. Sit on a bench and lift the weights to shoulder level
Turn your palms so that they face forward. Press the weights up until your arms are fully extended. Pause briefly
Slowly lower the weights back down to ear level before you attempt to repeat the previous movement
Also perform in a gym on a shoulder press machine as well as using free weights |
